Septic Tank Services · Ascension & Livingston Parish
Pumping, maintenance and recertifications, repairs, and new system installation across Ascension Parish, Livingston Parish, and the Baton Rouge area. Owner-run by Jason Lambert: you get a straight answer on what your system needs — and what it does not.
What we do
We pump the tanks, maintain the aerators, repair the lines, and install complete new treatment plants — with our own excavators and our own crew. From an emergency pump-out to a full mobile-home site, nothing gets lost in a handoff between contractors.

The inspection and paperwork a home sale or maintenance contract needs, with the pump-out combo most sales require.

MO-DAD treatment plants installed from $4,000 with a lifetime tank warranty — new construction and replacements.
See inside the line and mark exactly where it runs — one visit, one $300 price, no guessing.
Lift stations built, set, and wired — for the sites where gravity needs help.
Pad, driveway, concrete, sewer, and water — everything under and around a mobile home except the electrical and AC.
Earth moving with our own machines and operators: hauling, grading, French drains, culverts, and drainage.
Up-front pricing
Most septic companies make you call to find out what a pump-out costs. Ours are right here: a standard pump-out is $400, a recertification is $200 — or $550 with the pump-out, the combo most home sales need — and a new system starts at $4,000 with a lifetime tank warranty. Unusual jobs get a real quote before any work starts.
Buying or selling a home?
In Louisiana, a home sale on a septic system usually means the system has to be inspected, pumped, and recertified before closing. That is two services and a pile of paperwork — or one phone call.
We do the recertification and the pump-out together for $550, check the whole system while we are there, and file the paperwork. No surprises a week before closing.
Owner-run
Jason Lambert built this company the way he works: keep it real with people. He had been installing and maintaining systems for years when the longtime owner of St. Amant Septic retired and asked Jason to take the company over — and he merged the two into one full-service sewer outfit.
The way we see it, we are in a partnership with you. We listen, we explain what is actually wrong, and we do not force work that is not meant to be. That is what keeps our customers calling back.
Where we work
Based in St. Amant, LA, serving Ascension Parish including Gonzales, Prairieville, Geismar, Sorrento and Donaldsonville, plus Livingston Parish (Denham Springs, Walker, French Settlement, Maurepas) and the Baton Rouge area — roughly a 45-minute radius from home base.
